Class Action Lawsuit Against Malaysian Government and WHO

“Malaysian Doctor Among Eight Who Sue Government, WHO for RM60 Million Over Vaccine-Related Health Issues”

KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian doctor, alongside seven other individuals, has filed a lawsuit amounting to RM60 million against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the World Health Organization (WHO). The plaintiffs claim that the Covid-19 vaccines caused adverse health reactions and even led to fatalities.

Legal Action Filed with Local Law Firm

The civil lawsuit, which involves individuals ranging from 26 to 77 years old, was filed on October 23 by Messrs Mohamad Zainuddin & Co. The action names 25 defendants, including Anwar Ibrahim, the WHO, and former and current government figures.

Former and Current Officials Among Defendants

Those accused include former prime ministers Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, the Ministry of Health, the government of Malaysia, and WHO’s Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

Lawsuit Includes Other Key Government Figures

Additionally, the lawsuit targets prominent figures such as Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad, previous health ministers, and ministers from other key ministries, as well as police officials.
